Core Competency

Successful campaigns are built long before launch. My planning process begins by understanding the business objective, then translating it into a structured marketing strategy with clear KPIs, the right communication channels, coordinated execution and continuous performance analysis.

1. Business Objectives

Every campaign starts with a clearly defined business objective that drives every strategic decision throughout the campaign. Depending on the initiative, objectives may include:

  • Increase revenue
  • Launch a new product or collection
  • Strengthen brand positioning
  • Increase customer engagement
  • Drive website traffic
  • Improve customer retention
  • Support seasonal or promotional campaigns

Every communication channel, creative asset and marketing activity is aligned with these objectives.

2. Audience & Customer Journey

Understanding the audience is fundamental to building effective campaigns. Rather than communicating with every customer in the same way, I segment audiences according to campaign objectives, customer behaviour and purchase intent.

  • Existing customers
  • VIP customers
  • High-value purchasers
  • New prospects
  • Seasonal shoppers

I then map the customer journey to ensure every interaction supports the next step toward the campaign objective β€” from awareness through to conversion and retention.

3. Campaign Strategy

Once objectives and audiences are defined, I develop an integrated marketing strategy that aligns every communication channel around a single campaign message. Depending on the campaign, this may include:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Email Marketing
  • Organic Social Media
  • Website & Landing Pages
  • YouTube
  • Google Display Network

Rather than treating channels independently, each platform plays a specific role within the overall customer journey.

4. KPI Planning & Budget Allocation

Before launch, I define measurable KPIs aligned with the campaign objectives and allocate marketing budgets according to the expected role and performance of each communication channel. Performance campaigns prioritise conversion-driven channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, while brand campaigns focus on awareness, engagement and storytelling. Throughout the campaign, budgets are monitored and adjusted based on performance data to maximise efficiency and support commercial objectives. Typical KPIs include:

  • Revenue
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Website Traffic
  • Conversion Rate
  • Customer Engagement
  • Email Performance
  • Reach & Impressions
  • Product Sales

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Successful campaigns require close collaboration across multiple teams. I coordinate with designers, photographers, merchandising, media buyers and e-commerce teams to ensure all creative assets, website updates, advertising campaigns and customer communications are delivered on schedule. Working from a shared campaign calendar ensures every department remains aligned and every communication channel launches simultaneously.

6. Campaign Execution

Every campaign follows a structured workflow to ensure consistency, efficiency and timely delivery. Business Objective ↓ Campaign Strategy ↓ Audience Segmentation ↓ KPI Definition ↓ Budget Allocation ↓ Creative Brief ↓ Content Production ↓ Website Preparation ↓ Advertising Setup ↓ Email Marketing ↓ Quality Assurance ↓ Campaign Launch ↓ Performance Optimisation

7. Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Every campaign concludes with a comprehensive performance review. Campaign results are analysed against the predefined KPIs to evaluate commercial performance, audience engagement and channel effectiveness. The analysis focuses on identifying what performed well, where improvements can be made and which insights should inform future campaigns. Key areas reviewed include:

  • Revenue performance
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Website traffic and user behaviour
  • Conversion rates
  • Best-performing audiences
  • Creative performance
  • Email engagement
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads performance
  • Product performance

These findings become the foundation for future campaign planning, enabling continuous optimisation of strategy, budget allocation and communication across all marketing channels.
